To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonicade, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tonicade in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payments or system errors.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
